I have three kids with celiac so having some gluten free cakes/cupcakes and similar treats around birthdays and chagim is very important to me. It’s hard for kids to watch everyone else eat…. Chanina to the rescue!! She baked delcious gluten free cakes, cake pops and cookies and my kids have enjoyed them on a number of occasions. And you know that kids are the best critics.
